Hi guys! So this is rather personal, but I figured it’s about time for a before and during post! On the left is my highest weight, around 150 pounds, and on the right was taken today in the low 130s (I haven’t weighed myself in a while!) I have lost about 20 pounds, which includes 4 inches from my waist, 2 from my hips, 1 from my chest, and 1.5 from my thighs (not pictured.) The bottom photo was taken a few days ago. I’m so proud of my progress!
This was accomplished through two and a half months of hard work, clean eating, and thinking positively. Seriously guys, that’s all it takes! Now I can’t wait to build some more muscle and tone up!
Note that the camera angle and lighting is also slightly different, and I am also wearing different pants, sorry! I’m not actually taller in the second photo, haha. It was just taken at a higher angle.
